Dr.
Paul C. Paino has been actively involved in Christian ministry for
nearly 40 years. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of
Divinity degrees from Oral Roberts University, and a Doctor
of Theology degree from Andersonville Baptist Seminary. He
completed his Ph.D. at Trinity Theological Seminary. Dr.
Paino was the Founder/President of PC Associates,
representing several Christian Recording artists. He was
also the founder of Fellowship of Contemporary Christian
Ministries (FCCM), an organization of artists,
publishers, and promoters.

Roberts University for over five years.After graduating from ORU in 1970, Dr. Paino returned to his hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and began pastoring Calvary Temple Worship Center, the church his father planted in 1956. During the next 35 years, the congregation became the largest in Fort Wayne, and Calvary Temple Worship Center was recognized as one of the leading Charismatic churches in the nation.
In 2001, Dr. Paino, along with his father, co-founded Carroll Road Christian Church, where he served as Senior Pastor. In 2007 he resigned and accepted a full-time position as General Overseer of Calvary Ministries International.
In 2008 Dr. Paino had the opportunity to become associated with The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. The Fellowship, under the leadership of the founder, Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, is being used to unite Christians and Jews in a co-operative way in order to minister to suffering Jews around the world who are enduring tremendous persecution. Through this ministry, over 300,000 Jews have been brought to Israel, primarily from the former Soviet Union. Dr. Paino serves IFCJ through the Church Relations Department by representing their cause in various conferences, conventions, and also to church leaders across America.
He and his wife, Sharon, still make their home in Fort Wayne.

Rev.
Dennis L. Kutzner spent 12
years in the pastorate before assuming his present
position with CMI in 1982. His ministerial
experience enables him to easily relate and be a
blessing as he works extensively with churches and
ministers, often assisting each during the candidature
process. With a true servant's heart, Dennis is
called upon to minister in numerous churches across the nation each year. As a
qualified consultant, he gives many hours to ministers
and church leaders, dealing with structural and legal
matters. He is certified in Risk Management through
Christian Ministry Resources and Cambridge University of
England.Additionally, Dennis and his wife, Carol, often travel together offering a challenging and tender approach to the teaching ministry. They are widely known for their motivational, leadership, and marriage conferences.

Ann M. Liechty, Office Manager
As
Office Manager, Ann
Liechty is responsible for the daily business
operations of the CMI National Headquarters Office.
This includes handling all accounting and financial
facets, as well as administrating the credentials
process when applicants apply for ministerial
credentials with CMI.
Ann and her husband, Jay, currently reside in Auburn, Indiana.

Carol S. Kutzner, Office Secretary
Carol
Kutzner is responsible for the secretarial duties in the CMI National Headquarters Office.
Her responsibilities include maintaining the member files
and handling both member and general mailings.
She and her husband, Dennis, often travel together offering a challenging and tender approach to the teaching ministry. The Kutzners also share motivational, leadership, and marriage conferences. They are longtime residents of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
